I love the Brianna Sullivan series. I am happy to see her getting more and more friends in the community. She seems to be softening just a little, and I think it is good for her. This story deals with a friend's daughter who turns up missing. I get that Brianna loves her dog and I appreciate the tenderness she shows for him because he doesn't seem terribly likeable to me. This story bothered me because I felt the dog upstaged Brianna in solving the mystery, but then came the ending, and I just loved it. I was happy to see the development in the relationship between Brianna and Cooper's mother. Her next job is supposed to be at a funeral home. So many possibilities. Can't wait to see what happens--with the job or with Cooper.Product details

This is my favorite Brianna story of all of them. I could not put it down once I started. Great mystery!
When a teenager goes missing, she is feared kidnapped and as the whole town searches for her, Brianna joins in the search and is approached by a ghostly appearance who also wants to go home. This was a great read filled with suspense and anticipation as Brianna makes a startling discovery that will determine the two cases that she is investigating. This was a enjoyable read and I look forward to the next exciting chapter in Brianna's life.
